It's an ultra simple A2-sized card made withThe Cotton Rose 3x4" card Silhouette cut fileor printable freebie from my last post:The 3x4 card is edged in black marker... wrapped in a little vintage seam binding ribbon bow... with a teeny saftey pin & a white SRM thank you sticker ...stuck on a bit of black cardstock & patterned paper... then it's all stuck...
